A Sugar Coated Ink

Yesterday for my Food and Wine Festival post, I mentioned that although we were sampling a lot of amazing food, we were still saving room for dessert. Here it is.This delicious cake was made by my niece Brittany. She's a very talented pastry chef. This cake was among the best I've ever had. It was rich, sweet and chocolaty. We devoured it!
